Isle of Man New iGaming head
Garth Kimber, the person who is contracted now to the role of Head of E-Gaming, wants to come back to the private sector after he is going to leave his current position this month. This process of recruiting and also appointing the replacement for Garth has already started.
The Head of E-Gaming Development post is known to be a very important role in the next development of the strategic aims of the Department of Economic Development as well as the one of the Isle of Man Gaming sector.
This new appointee is going to continue with the promotion of the industry in conjunction with the private sector, for attracting new business to the Island and also ensuring that the one that are already based on the Island continue enjoying the business environment known to be perfect for their needs.
John Shimmin, the Minister for Economic Development, Isle of Man Government affirmed that the role is very important in order to protect and also to promote a very fast growing industry, as the E-Gaming sector is growing with 24% since 2010.
Garth Kimber has definitely brought an amazing energy in the last 5 years, and he is going to leave large shoes to fill.
